Added to list :)

Also added Ornette's clip of the DJ Krust tune from 1999 to original post.

Roni Size & Reprazent - Personal [1997 ?] added to unconfirmed section.

Any reason you didn't add any of these to the unreleased / unconfirmed section, think they should go there:

bristol jungley.mp3

"turn back…".mp3

krust maybe.mp3

Damn, I forgot about these. Guess I was hoping someone would shed some light on these tunes. They're in the unconfirmed section now ;)

Is it possible to get a clip of this?

Here you go

http://www.classifiedlistening.com/tarzanstuff/DJ%20Krust%20-%20Deadly%20Affairs%20%28unreleased%20clip%29.mp3

DJ Krust - Deadly Affairs (unreleased clip).mp3

Plays it in the show just after he plays this one, pretty certain it's Frost's 2nd Jan 1998 show. Just dug it out

Thanks. Sorry for the late reply, I've again got sidetracked. I'll give it a proper listen tomorrow.

Do live versions of Reprazent tracks count as unreleased?

I dont have a BBC account at the moment so cant listen again, but heard this last night - featured a version of Brown Paper Bag from Waterfront Norwich 1997. It had pitching down bass. They are essentially programmed tracks with just a bit of 'live' added over the top?

Yeah i think your right, concentrate here just on tracks that are / were studio tracks.

The BBc link is a bit misleading, considering they titled the whole show 'Roni Size in Concert' they only played 16 minutes - 2 tracks : Brown Paper Bag & Morse Code, i've clipped the part below.

Don't think I've seen this anywhere on the thread-

DJ Die 'Solar'. (Full Cycle)

Listed on an Ed Rush DJ chart in the April 1998 issue of Muzik magazine.

Solar was the track title used for DJ Die - Autumn when it was on dubplate

Actually, I wonder if that was meant to say 'Basic Principles' by Alex Reece, which was out on Metalheadz around that time if I'm not wrong (September / October)? Wouldn't explain the 'Dubplate' listing though, but then we can see these lists weren't exactly the most accurate :D .

Slightly unrelated perhaps, but I also noticed a little detail in the Full Cycle interview in the same Issue; when asked about upcoming music, Die mentions a track that is a work in progress, called 'Hydroponics', which as we all know came out on Full Cycle a whole year later.

JJ, I was checking out Atmosphere Magazine scans on your blog and I noticed in Issue 17 - October 1994 is a Lucky Spin chart which lists the following:

7. Principles - DJ Krust - (Plate)

Maybe another name for Jazz Note or Burning? Or a separate tune entirely, who knows.

It's probably Trace who compiled the tracklist for Lucky Spin, which means it's unlikely to be Jazz Note as Trace was playing it on dubplate in March / April 1994. This Krust tune doesn't have a confirmed title and was played out around the time the chart was compiled:

Or, as you say, it could just be an error :D

Looking through this thread, I think there's a track not mentioned.

52:15 here:

https://soundcloud.com/selectabwoy/andy-c-kiss-fm-1998#t=52:15

Title suggested to be Roni Size Reprazent - Revolution but not confirmed as far as I can tell

Discussion in a few different threads:
