  1. I also have the MP3/M4P that I bought off of iTunes. Do you have the same version? It must be on the vinyl piece as well. I don't see how a sample of another song would've accidentally slipped on the digital copy. It definitely doesn't sound like it belongs there though. The section's timing is off from the beat of the rest of the song, almost delayed. A goof on Cyantific's part? Or could've the printing of Future Prophecies been on the same vinyl that Cold Fresh Air was also grooved into? I'm not sure if that's even possible, I'm not too knowledgeable on how vinyl pieces are made...
  2. I just noticed this, but does Cyantific's remix of Cold Fresh Air use Future Prophecies' Final Fantasy as a sample around the 1:55 mark? It only plays for a second, but I'm pretty sure it's there. Can anyone confirm this?
  3. The Passage by Genr8 & Body & Soul samples the original version of I Am Legend. The character of Matthias makes the claims of "simply erasing the world in which you live" as he addresses Charlton Heston's character. I can't recall the exact wording from the song, but I recently watched this movie and when he spoke those lines, this song popped right in my head.

  9. The first tune is a Star Wars remix with the March of the Empire as the main sample, and then clips of Death Vader saying "You don't know the power of the Dark Side" and "Now I am the master." The second tune sampled the piano from the Exorcist theme, and had clips of people talking, but was highly distorted so you couldn't make out what they were saying.
  10. I recently brought out my copy of Midnight Club for the PS2, and while playing noticed a few things about Dom's tracks featured in the game. While you know that Moving Shadow's release of MSXEP008 featured the songs Imagination, Skyliner, Soundwall, and Original Sin, there are a few minor, but also a few major differences between the two. First off, Skyliner and Original Sin are for the most part, the exact same tracks featured on the vinyl, but Imagination seems to have a few little changes to it, the most prominent being the synth line at the very beginning, which plays throughout the whole song, unlike the original which only features it near the end (if I remember correctly). The second big difference is Soundwall, which is almost entirely different from the EP version. In fact, I didn't even notice it was Soundwall until I checked the credits in the back of the instruction booklet. I actually can't decide which version I like better, they are equally nasty in comparison. The third is the inclusion of a 5th track not found on the vinyl at all, titled Kaleidascope. I think it's a unique sounding track, and more softer sounding than Dom usually is. Imagination.mp3 Soundwall.mp3 Kaleidascope.mp3
  11. Shooting/laser noise SFX is used in TeeBee - The Force.
  12. I don't think there is any way to, considering iTunes isn't particularly user friendly. Ummm... if I'm not mistaken it sounded like it used the "Drop It" or "Kick It" sample from Blame's Music Takes You.
  13. I was listening to Bassjunkees today on iTunes Radio, and this really sick song came on that sounded old-skool. It was on DJ Provoke's Live Mix around 11:50 AM (about 4 minutes ago) US Eastern Coast Time. It came on not long after Lords Of The Null-Lines, and it had that "fairground" type synth sound, idk how to really describe it. It's kind of similar to that in Foul Play's Finest Illusion (Legal Mix). If anyone was listening could you please help?
  14. Yeah, sorry about the size. I don't know how to make them any smaller.
  15. Okay, I re-uploaded them and I believe they work this time around. Kaleidascope: http://www.sendspace.com/file/jr1bom Soundwall: http://www.sendspace.com/file/q9ssyd
