Mc Duke - I'm Riffin

Recommended Posts

Artist: MC Duke

Track name: I'm Riffin' (Smokin' Beats)

Original release: 12", MC Duke ? I'm Riffin' (English Rasta)

Label: Music of Life

Cat number: NOTE25

Year: 1989

the accapella as well as the beats of this track have been sampled to death like most british hip hop and the following has sampled the accapella.

house crew , euphoria on production house - sample "if your looking for an attitude i'm the one"

noise overload , toontown on the silly games ep on global dance - sample "games over you better start listening"

mega 1 ep on f project - sample "dj "&"get hard never soft"

optical haze , chance to dance on out of romford records - sample "it's just the way it seems to go"

there are a few others but I haven't checked em out yet as I swear one of the danse city records has "i'm in a fury" in one of em and as I have lost my copy of "I'm Riffin" I cannot check it.

there are no doubt other samples that have been used that I cannot remember so if anyone has a copy please e-mail me as I need the accapella badly !!.

Yeah, use Winamp,

Unlike crappy WMP, you straight up drap & drop links from your browser into the playlist or even the actual Winamp play bar. Similariliy, when I opened the .M3U playlist link, instantly Winamp opened up and redirected to the actual MP3 link specified.

Windows Media Player is an ill-designed overwrought heap of shit. Fuck it off

probably , as i've lost my copy and I get i'm riffin mixed up with the final conflict by mc duke quite easily and until I find it or a recording I didn't want to jump to conclusions.

do you have the accapella ??? i'm after it as well as a rip of the whole track.
