the "What you reap is what you sow" is used in something from '95 as well, any ideas?.

The "Pump up the bass!!!" in the intro has been used on a fair few tunes I think.

Yes loads, but Stetsasonic isn't the original source there, that is sampled from Kraze 'The Party'. The acapella of that contains multiple vocal shouts that have been well rinsed, as does the acapella of 'Let's Play House', also by them.
