The_Manipulator
and also there s another version of Music Is Everything original with different vocals. Without having heard that one: would it perhaps be the original version where the vocals were sampled from C&C Music Factory (instead of hiring a singer to resing everything)??? Which doesn't automatically mean it isn't available on vinyl (I remember not buying a Renk TP of "Sweet Love" with sampled Anita Baker vocals instead of Nazlyn on the official release...) Guest maxi
FYI The other version of Music is Everything had the vocals from Klutes' 'Part of Me' (this was on the Hosptial Mix CD #2)
Guest pinball
FYI The other version of Music is Everything had the vocals from Klutes' 'Part of Me' (this was on the Hosptial Mix CD #2) this one was just the instrumental version of the remix and accapella of Klute's Part Of Me mixed together... this wasnt separate track. Guest pinball
Oh... The tune that High Contrast did for Thugged Out Bith remix actually came out on his last album with different vocals. It s called Angels & Fly. You can make your own version of it by mixing Dillinja's intro and intrumental version of Angels & Fly, that came out on separate 12". Guest Guest
So I hear on the promo cd of High Society you can find a version of only two can play without vocals, and someone else told me it was a completly different tune. Not on the us promo cd though.

Java
Both Angels & Fly and the Thugged out Bitch remix were both terrible tunes, most weird that he released the worse of the two, Angels & Fly.

He really hates the tune. He should have just fucking pressed it with the Photek mix and got it over with. Hospital never had to press his awful London Elektricity remix. At least TC is doing things right.

Guest Guest
About Manhood:===High Contrast:I did this track which is a remix of Vikter Duplaixs Manhood about 18 months ago, maybe longer. The label dealing with duplaix liked it but Vikter wasnt into it so it never got released. But listening to the full version on a proper system, I think that it wasnt mixed properly anyway and the beats need work defo. Im thinking of giving it a re-jig just to have another dubplate special cos I love that vocal. ===never got released........... arhhhhh

pigz
I have very high quality version of Disco Sounds and Manhood... here are clips from my site. If someone from RDB wants to get original quality clips I'll gladly provide them. until then here are some lower quailty clips Manhoodhttp://www.dnbmassive.com/dubplate_smil.php?track_id=33 Disco Soundshttp://test.dnbmassive.com/dubplate_smil.php?track_id=32 I also agree that there is a different version of Music is Everything. I actually had a full version of it at some point before release, but I no longer do, nor do I remember how it differed. So how knows, maybe I'm wrong. I'll see if I can't dig it or anything else HC wise up.
Guest subfugitive
What about 'Mascarade'? Pretty tight tune from what I remember but I also think I remember hearing it was caught up in sample limbo.
Guest Guest
Call me crazy but does anyone remember when the Basement Track was getting played on dub? I think the vocal sounded different. Is there any chance the vocal was re-sung due to sampling clearance problems?

Is there any chance the vocal was re-sung due to sampling clearance problems? Yes it was resung. I had the original one on tape but accidently recorded over it!! I remember hearing about sample probs so it was almost certainly the vocal
