nebkins Posted July 27, 2022 Author Report Share Posted July 27, 2022 I'm gonna hazard an educated guess the LTJ Bukem set is from 03/04/1993. He played Quest that night so in general area of Coventry and the 2 sets from both tapes feature 10 tunes that match (including a few runs of same tunes mixed in to each other) Carl Cox appears on 17/04/93, 01/05/93, 15/05/93. Most tunes from this mix appear on other mixes of his dated 30/04/93 and 07/05/93 although some do appear on a 15/05/93 set from Obsession. My gut feeling is this is from 01/05/93. Based on the tunes i would say this is more likely to be from the 01/05/93. Ratty appears on 19/03/93, 10/04/93, 01/05/93 and 08/05/93. Discounting the 2 earlier nights his set at Quest also on 01/05/93 uses every single track from this set with the addition of DJ Mayhem - Stormtrooper (the order is a little jumbled around so its not a carbon copy). Based on tunes i would go for it being 24/04/1993. Jumping Jack Frost appears on 27/03/93, 24/04/93 and 15/05/93 nights. If we rule out 27/03/93 for having the least amount of sames tunes played around about that date at other events it leaves 24/04/93 as 15/05/93 is more likely the date for the B3 Series Frost tape.
