Randall - 30.03.94
...
[01:31:01] Ginetix - All Torn Up [Face]
[01:35:55] Wax Doctor - The Saint (Simon Templa Mix) [Reinforced]
[01:40:40] Foul Play - Beats Track [Moving Shadow]

Ok I just checked my copy of this.

First thing is, I have it dated as 30th March 1994 too, and all my tapes were dated/tracklisted in 2000 I believe. So I guess that confirms things
Second, the show was actually a 3 hour show, from 1am to 4am in the morning (note - that actually makes it the 31st March 1994, but - hey!)

Third - here is my additional & continuing track details for the set:

Smith Inc. - Spirit
DJ Hype - Computerised Cops
Low Key Movements - Ear Drums
4 Horsemen Of The Apocolypse - Drowning In Her (Remix)
The Intelligent Jungalist - Higher
??? - Roni Size track ???
??? - DJ Krust track ???
FBD Project - Gesture Without Motion
Subnation - Scottie III (VIP Mix)
System X - Say It (Version)
Tom & Jerry - Dancer
Rogue Unit - Dance Of The Sarooes
Rogue Unit - Dance Of The Sarooes (Dark Mix)
Original Substitute - Fall Down On Me [this is different to the 12" released version, is it the one on LPTOT27? ]
Randall & Andy C - Sound Control
Trinity - Chapter 20
??? - a 'Back To Basics' tune ???
Ned Ryder - Live As One

I think some dates are wrong eg- first show i listened to was Grooverider around july '94 time, and then I think it was Slipmatt week after so the Slipmatt dates are prob where Groove should be

I actually have one of the Grooverider sets, and I have it dated as 15th June 1994.  He mentions in the recording that he is back on again the following week.

Its not the full show and its not 100% on the date (i didn't put any dates on my tapes back then ) but here's my details:

...
??? unknown ???
Goldie - Still Life
- cut -
Dillinja - Soveriegn Melody
- cut -
DJ Mongoose - Out Of Control
- cut -
DJ Nut Nut - The Dream
- cut -
X  Project - Banana Boat Man (Unreleased Dubplate version)
Cloud 9 - The Pedge
???  kemet label? - "...i'm tired of being your boy..." [does anyone know what this Kemet tune is?]
adverts
DJ SS - United
Bukem & Peshay - 19.5 Reprise
Dubtronix - New Age E.P
DJ SS - The Roll Out
adverts
M Beat - Incredible
- cut -
Alex Reece - Basic Principles
[end of show]

Does this correspond to what you have at all Facerider?

You might be one of the few with a full recording of this show then as not many will have recorded the entire show. It needs ripping

15.06.94 would fit in if you look at the dates I've put in the first post. Fits perfectly between Kenny Ken and Fabio, and the dates for those sets are 100% accurate. The tune selection is also very typical of Grooverider's sets from June 1994.

The 'I'm tired of being your boy' tune is Family Of Intelligence - Time

Not too clear on that thread, but what I will do is check my DJ Randall recording later and get back to you. There's defo more tracks to it than the tracklist you have so far posted.

There will obviously be very few shows recorded in their entirety as a lot of people will have used a 90 minute tape and left the ads in. Hopefully some more complete shows will appear in time.

Would be quite acceptable to my mind to assume that some adverts for events may well play up to two weeks before an event.

That would be a correct assumption and was taken into account with the dates in the first post. The adverts and tune selection help me place the set to within a few weeks and the DJs comments usually provide the information to let me work out the exact date.

Thanks for the tracklisting. However that show is from 03.08.94. JJ Frost talks about Jungle Splash being on that weekend and that event took place on 06.08.94.

That Legend Records dubplate was a big favourite of Ratty as well. Great tune, just a shame it's unreleased
