Unknown tune description id !

Just found an old scrap of paper with a tune description on it, probably from around 92-93... it says:

Some hardcore tune, fast, drum machine beat, bit like Prodigy - everybody in the place, acidic

"Let the music flow let your body go!"

any ideas?

While i'm at it, got another note here that mentions "Dance Beat EP (white label)" but not been able to find any details of it... think its written from late 1992 as it has lots of other tune titles on it from around that time. Anyone got any clues?

Nice guys, well that sounds about right! Not heard that since, would seem

Got another couple here:

One bit of paper says "Baggy tunes Ep"

This is from Xmas 1992 as something else written explicitly states that. Guessing this would have been an id written down from the radio, probably from listening to Pulse FM as they had 'presenters'.

Another note here, from a record shop id list, says:

"DJ Devistate? White vinyl anyway"

This would have been something I heard in the shop, almost certainly Goodness Records in West Croydon, dating from around jan/feb 1993.

Any ideas on these or the 'Dance Beat ep', please advise!

Alright, looking a bit closer, it seems this was a misheard "Bangin tunes Ep"...

as I have F.B.D. "Lets Do It" written just underneath it so must be what it is

ha ha the old days of tracking ids lol

As for the "DJ Devastate?" id–

can anyone think of a white coloured vinyl release that was from early 1993, as that id is quite likely wrong

also in that same list (alongside mentions of "Bad Influence", "Tango & Ratty" & "Slipmaster J – Symphonic" amongst others),

is:

"D-Tex (?)"

"Psi-Q"

Do these ring any bells?

DJ Dynamic - White Vinyl...

Omg... Just as I was posting, I was thinking ahh hold on, that Snowball was a white record wasn't it? But seems there was another one!

The DJ Dynamic detail defo fits the description. I reckon "Kicked Into Orbit" was the one, because I was looking for a tune that sampled Orbital around then, but that wasn't it. Have heard that one around a few times though since so not a complete mystery. Thanks!

I have a suspicion this particular list, all in green felt tip, was written down after I got home, in a sort of 'ardcore version of The Generation Game!

Certainly some interesting things coming out of going through these notes, might mention about some of them later...
