I am looking for a sample that was included on Music Factory Mastermix - Issue 58 which came with a disc named "The DJ's Toolkit Part 27"

The track is called "Strange Music It Can Begin With Men That Just Went On And On" and it's nothing more but a 10 second sample that says exactly that.

 

There was a torrent posted years ago but there are 0 seeders, so i was hoping that someone has it in their archive and is willing to share it, Ofourse, the original source (possibly a movie) would be helpful as well.
