The fact that the alphabet is from LL shows Zinc has more from him (though both tracks are on different albums). Even if the whole bit originates from somewhere else, then the STRUCTURE (repitition of the 2 bits) is the same as LL's, which would definitely not be the same as the original. The rule is that we try to list the sampled tune, which may not always be the original where this sample was taken from. Next to that... if it was sampled, you'd expect it to appear in the Rap Sample FAQ (not sure what was sampled from Atomic Dog though...). (just listened to LL again... and I think the bassline/guitar riff isn't a sample as a whole but made for LL's track, which would definitely make LL the source).
