I thought about posting this a while back, but wasn't sure. I do remember that chime being on an old sample CD, I think it was a Dance Mega or an XXL, but don't know if it came out after Tic Tac Toe. Very possible they got it from Tic Tac Toe anyway. Roni was not a big Hardcore fan, I do know that. Someone needs to ask that Basement Jaxx guy where he got it from. Think you should leave this up for now though. Arent there a couple more 94 tunes that used this as well? Didn't Digital use this sound too?

I wouldn't be at all surprised if it was from a sample CD and it had also occurred to me that it was potentially an unlikely place for Roni to have got it from. Still, this is the best we have for now so until more info is unearthed...
