I do recognise bits but not sure as it's made up of more than one break.
Its got a bit of a JVC Force - Strong Island feel to it and a little Gil Scott Heron - Revolution will not be televised under pinning it.
This sounds like a job for breakbeat super sleuth H_H_M

The Scientist - The Bee (Gargle mix) [Kickin Records] 1990
Sounds suspiciously like the Kaotic Chemistry version.

Ahh yes, so it has the Queen Latifah break straight, but with at half tempo also playing underneath. I see the Honeycomb Mix has it also.
Still wondering what this break is based on. I'm wondering if its not N.T. with some extra hits punctuated on top? Remember there's two mixdowns of N.T., one that's 'clean', and the other with a much brasher sound to it with prominant crowd noises.
Also, I think I recognise your other beat loop you're looking for, is it not the one in Tim Dog & Krs 1 - I Get Wrecked?

Haha, you star!! It was starting to bug me, and i now know i wouldn't of found it, Thanks!
Still listening to the Tim Dog track, it is prolly where Bizzy B got it from but can't find the right place. Also the Boogie Down mix has other sampled bits in it.
Appears angry Timothy's track is from 1993.. Closer, bit by bit..
