Specialjustin
DJ Freeze - Star Trek IV [Full Effect Recordings] 1992 COMPUTER VOICE:"Klingons on attack course and closing!" COMPUTER VOICE:"Alert! Klingon torpedoes activated." COMPUTER VOICE:"Alert! Sensors indicate threeKlingon Crusiers, bearing three-one-six, mark four"-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Funny that the track was called "Star Trek VI" but only one sample was used from that film: Star Trek IV The voyage home. KIRK:"We are going to attempt time travel. We are computing our trajectory at this time..."
mikeeee-mk2
I love that DJ Freeze tune - never heard it back in the 90s but Doc Scott played it on 1 Xtra on one of his one-off shows on there. Still want to know where that breakbeat is from originally!
Specialjustin
Well he had already used it in his Terminator 2 track, and i have always seen this as almost a remix it. It is indeed a super tuff break, that for me, smacks of the industrial Euro sound of the time. Would also love to know its origin, and the breakbeat section needs some love too!
