Don't think this ever came out. Bailey played it in his Intabeats Vol.3 (Lost Dubplates) podcast. That's where the title 'Mother (Rough VIP Mix)' comes from. First got played in late 1997 by Grooverider (1997-11-07, 1997-12-12).

Not the VIP, its the original mix - sans all the hour long soundscaping on the intro & outro

Better to have it as JJ has it  "Goldie - Mother (Unreleased Edit Mix)"

Interesting, i've just noted this: 'Goldie - Mother (Strings Version)'



Never heard of this in my life, seems it was released in August as part of the Saturnz Return '21st Anniversary' release

If somehow this shorter version was combined with that edit mix, it would have made a much better track imo.
