Don't believe the SB site on this. They haven't got a clue what SB7 is either. Guess they've just put that up because leaving it blank looks stupid. Statto
SBEATS007 (promo only)Astral VibesA: Head Nod!don't know the title of the B side SBEATS011Astral VibesA: Mood SwingB: Head Nod! so Streetbeats 8 needs to be correctedi.e. it's not Volume 2 since there isn't a Volume 1and the Volume 1 can be removed from Streetbeats 11 as well also the catalogue numbers should all be...SBEATS001, SBEATS002, SBEATS003 etc.(rather than SB001, SB002, etc.) also there's... SBEATS025Various Artists - 25th Anniversary EPA: Blue - Meltdown (Paradox Drumfunk remix)B: Blue - Fallout (Filter 3.14 remix)C: Fracture & Neptune - AyahuascaD1: Ultra-Violet - Kiss My VoiceD2: Ultra-Violet - This is My Place http://www.streetbeats.co.uk/forum/images/smiles/blue.gif
The_Manipulator
also the catalogue numbers should all be...SBEATS001, SBEATS002, SBEATS003 etc.(rather than SB001, SB002, etc.) Sorry, but I have to disagree there... Just some streetbeats in my collections:SBEATS3 (Peshay)SBEATS012 (Blue)SB018 (Blue Room EP)SB19 (Raserblade) So it's definitely not all SBEATS (and they're not even all 3 digits!).But I think most of that will be sorted with the coming site upgrade (at the moment it's all listed the same way to get it sorted correctly). (and I'm talking dead wax here, not the labels)
Statto
Sorry, but I have to disagree there... Just some streetbeats in my collections:SBEATS3 (Peshay)SBEATS012 (Blue)SB018 (Blue Room EP)SB19 (Raserblade) ok so  technically they should be SBEATS whatevereven if they weren't very consistent in applying ityou don't want me to go through my entire collection to check what weird combination they actually used on each one? The_Manipulator
SB isn't the only label that's got a bad history in catalogue numbers... When the new site is up it's possible to have different catalogue number formats and still have it sorted properly (and there's even room to use a different label catalogue number and dead wax catalogue number). So I'd suggest to wait a bit before going through your collection. (and no, I don't know when the new site will be open).

eXtreme
Recently got a promo copy of sbeats 7, after listening a few times i thought it sounded too familiar, i checked a couple of others out & found its the same as sbeats 4 (Watton G). Looking at the Watton G etchings, 7 has been crossed out & replaced with a 4. So my question is, is there actually a different version of sbeats 7 ? RDB has it down as Astral Vibes but that seems to repeat again as sbeats 11?
facerider
My copy of "SBeats 7" is confusing me. Its a white label with the same track on both sides (might be two mixes with subtle differences but appears to be identicle) No idea what the track is, deffintely not "Head Nod", might be "Infatuation" but can't find any clips online to confirm.
