DeeJayBudd
I recently heard the very same sample as used in loads of jungle as a buzzer sound on the tv programme QI Classic, I saw the same episode, it was Jo Brand's buzzer! It's been used in a couple of Good Looking releases as well. Sorry, can't help with the ID but want to know what it's from too.
Serum
I don't know the original source but it's on a zero g datafile sample CD, this may well be where ray got the sample from. It's part of a longer sample that is used in LTJ Bukem - Music. Mr.Sensi
While we're on the topic of this tune, does anyone know the source of the two main sound effects? They've been used in a lot of tunes. It's easy to get a clean rip of one of them, but the other has been used in so many other ragga jungle tunes. I'm really trying to load up on some classic sound effects, but I can barely find any!

I hadnt heard it before terrorist tbh
Serum
The kinda horn type thing sounds like it could be a normal horn sample reversed for this track? I hadnt heard it before terrorist tbh I don't think it is, if you revers it then it doesn't really sound right.I think it must be a sound effect that a reggae sound system uses, sounds a bit like a little clip of one of those dub sirens

stenny
Can anyone name the sample CD where this vocal is from then? It would be appreciated. I think it's on Zero-G Datafile One As for that ragga squeek/quack sound, it's not the original source but try sampling it from Good 2Bad & Hugly - Got To Release as I think that's where Ray Keith possibly sampled it from. You'll see what I mean when you hear it ;-)
mentasm
Im sure that sort of "Boing!" noise is clean on a sample cd. I have one which i found somewhere on the net. Its labelled Hit - 054.wav Ive tried googling it in hope of finding the full cd (i bet it has some good stuff) but so far no luck The vocal is deffo on Zero G Datafile 1 - i have it somewhere, if the other poster doesnt upload it remind me and i'll hunt the cd down

stenny
The "quack" sound has been found here! It's actually from a dub siren, of all things.
