Some of these are ones that nobody got last time, some are new

Edit: New ones listed:

http://people.ku.edu/~cts/misc/ids/Ron2.mp3

http://people.ku.edu/~cts/misc/ids/Finn2.mp3

http://people.ku.edu/~cts/misc/ids/Finn4.mp3

A few notes: the Flex1_longer_clip.mp3 is a longer version of the Flex1 clip (obviously). The tune I'm after is in between Yeah Man and Fresh Jive, and it's the one with that little horn sample and the "ohh yeaahhh" vocal.

It is very likely that the majority of the Dextrous clips are of Dextrous dubplates that never got released. If you suspect as much, say as much. 8)

Thanks

That's what I assumed but I've never actually heard that mix and after listening to 2 hours of Dextrous, everything starts to sound like him  so I wasn't sure if it was some sort of VIP mix. Just needs verification really

Dextrous2 is indeed the Krome & Time Remix of Tiger Style.

Thanks, couldn't get a confirmation anywhere on that for some reason :?:

Gutted I can't get more of em solved, I really didn't think these were going to be so tough

Thanks for the ID. Yes the Dex clips are from Brockout, I had a strong suspicion they were all dubs, Dex has tons of them from '94-'95. There are some things going on right now that might see a few of these finally released  8)

i would injure myself for the selectors roll special... i really really wonder why his released tunes feature amens that are half as impressive... his dubs of bad boy tune and selectors roll have got them super snappy and ballsy amens, vs. the ultra compressed ones...

would love to see this stuff released!

.... and... i've been wondering about that tune from the brockout! 95 tape with the same sample as "dub fi dub" by d-lux on brain... "i, i, i can feel it"... damned wicked bassline... sweet piano samples too. a dextrous track?
