free4orm
From the Fozbee & Cooz/Dimension - Psychology EP (what a release!! FSOL jacked plenty of sounds from it). DJ Crystl - Warpdrive (both the original and remix). Synthpad from the intro used by Crystl for the drop-outs, the main one on the background, not the strings. Funk Doc
Is the bass part at 00:17 sampled and manipulated by 2 Bad MIce on 2 Bad Mice?
Chinny Reckon
Is the bass part at 00:17 sampled and manipulated by 2 Bad MIce on 2 Bad Mice? Not according to this interview. The bassline is Rob copying Energy Flash by Joey Beltram, using pitch bend until we went, ‘That’ll do!'” https://www.musicradar.com/news/classic-album-2-bad-mice-on-kaotic-chemistry

They're speaking from memory and on behalf of Rob Playford though. Both use a different sound, but the pattern is identical.I'd imagine that would be hard to replicate, so I still think it's possible that there's a link between these 2 tunes.
