Bhima
OK, for a college music tech. project, i'm doing an investigation which looks at dnb since it started. One of the things I need for this is a list of tracks/releases that have gone mainstream and into the UK top 40 chart. So far I have:Uncut - Midnight (Anyone know if it was this: http://www.rolldabeats.com/release/warner/wea364cd2 ?) Goldie - Inner City Life (Is this the CD that was released? http://www.rolldabeats.com/release/ffrr/fcd251 ) M Beat - Incredible (This the CD http://www.rolldabeats.com/release/renk/cdrenkt44 ?) Roni Size + Reprazent - New Forms LP (http://www.rolldabeats.com/release/talkin_loud/536544_2) Markly and XRS - LK (http://www.rolldabeats.com/release/v_recordings/v035cd) Anyone got any more? Mind has gone blank at the minute...

Phokus
Maybe we should collect this info in the databse somehow? That's what I was thinking. Maybe have a field in the database highest chart position? That website I posted above is pretty handy, if you know the artist or name of the track that charted in the Top 40. I think between us all we could come up with a fairly comprehensive list of things that have charted, and then find out their highest position. And in the future just keep an eye on the various dnb forums for threads bellowing about artist X being a sell-out because they've hit the charts
haste
Cool. For the time being can we post all the info in this thread for later addition. Should be easy to include in the db

Christopher
pendulum - slamshy fx & tpower - shake your body Being finicky now, but Slam made it into like, the top 50 but didn't breach the top 40... So technically it doesn't count Barcelona was also in at least the Top 50/60.
