This sample is also featured on a DJ scratch tool / acappella record, the name of which escapes me. I'd say this is definitely where Lennie De Ice sampled it from, as the "lemme hear you scream" vocal and the vinyl spinback noise also used in We Are IE, can also be found on the same record.

That's the record I was thinking of. The 'we are E' sample and 'lemme hear you scream' are on side B, the spinback noise isn't though - must've imagined that...
