This has been on the to-do list for some time!

Another Dillinja unreleased track to never see the light of day, based around the vocal from KRS1 "by all means necessary"

According to Randall's voiceover this was another tune scheduled for Prototype - for some reason there is two completely seperate versions of this, although of course similar in numerous ways.

I'm not sure when this was intended to come out, as the Threshold / Got To release was from the same period these were being played / were made. Definitely an example of what I'd call hard step, not tech step, which imo did give a bit of a wider remit to the music, unfortunately the form never quite fully took off!

Not sure which one I prefer, I'd say perhaps more obviously the second, but the first is also rollin' in its own way.
Hope you enjoy:

first one from Randall, 14th Feb 1996

Dillinja - All Means Necessary (mix 1)

second, from Grooverider 23nd Feb 1996

Dillinja - All Means Necessary (mix 2)

(I've actually merged that clip into another longer version from the 12th April 1996, as the quality on mine is marginally better)
