Old skool speed

Need help please,

I think this is actually a speed garage tune (its taken from a garage set on Image FM) but its roots are so firmly in hardcore I thought someone might know it?

Its got a Shut up and Dance/Lenny De Ice vibe.

Not sure if its actually 2 tunes being mixed, but I'm interested in the tune with the amen and bleep melodies, and "this will be mine vocal".
