Possible unreleased tune played by Andy C in 98/99

Andy C played it as his last track at Helter Skelter 'Energy 98' and his opening track at One Nation in May 99.

He plays this in 2 of his Kiss FM shows, i'll have to listen again to see exactly what he says but its along the lines of 'undercover bristol' by Roni, Krust & Die

This is what he says in the 21st October 1998 show :

 

"still haven't got a title for it but i know it comes from Bristol, i got a feeling mr Size, Mr Krust or Mr Die are involved in this one"

wrecker from soundcloud has contacted Optical regarding this tune and he says it's by him, one of his lost dubplates.

No way, that bass line & bongos(?) sound all like later period Roni Size to me.

I'm really confused by that. It doesn't sound like Optical to me either. All the clues say otherwise too.
