I don't recognise the track but it sounds like Decoder on the production - there's lots of similar effects to other Decoder tracks from 97.

Apparently it's a Grooverider and Dillinja tune.

That stands to reason. It doesn't really sound like Dillinja but some of that reverb/echo riffs are reminiscent of what he might do. Also it has that Kid & Play breakbeat that I know grooverider has liked to use quite a bit...

In which case I'm gonna speculate that this was done at the same time as that Codename John 'Angel' remix that I was convinced had Dillinja on the dials!

Well, tbh it's highly irregular for Dillinja to be engineering anyone... he consciously decided to stop doing that, in 1994 didn't he?

Last two I can think of are on Timeless (Jah & This is Baad) and they were probably made in 94 anyway
