i heard that blackness sample the other day on youtube.. pretty sure its that optimistic track. the one i heard sounded a lot more like it though, perhaps its another track.. deffo was sounds of blackness.(i think lol)

Yeah im sure this was used in hiphop too, its from a compilation series (mellow mellow, vols 1 + 2 - wicked!!) with a lot of other sampled stuff.. thinking back im pretty sure the record i had this on had 'congo natty' written on the label, so whether it was them or their label (i guess they had one) - im not sure..
